Zachary D. Prendergast

Mr. Prendergast is an associate with the firm. His practice primarily involves civil and commercial litigation, representation of commercial creditors, and representation of business entities in various transactions. In addition, Mr. Prendergast is involved in representation of management of labor relations.

Mr. Prendergast received an Honors B.A. in Political Science from Marquette University, where he served as president of his fraternity and president of Interfraternity Council. Mr. Prendergast attended the University of Toledo College of Law, where he received a full scholarship for his second and third years for academic performance.
 

In law school, he interned for now-Ohio Supreme Court Justice Judith Lanzinger while she was a judge on the Ohio Sixth District Court of Appeals. He also served as a teaching assistant for civil procedure and contracts classes, and was a member of Delta Theta Phi and Phi Kappa Phi. After receiving his law degree, magna cum laude, Mr. Prendergast was admitted to the Ohio bar in 2006. He scored in the top one percent of all test takers on the July 2006 Ohio bar examination
